JOIN Fincubator Opens Applications for the 2nd Cohort of Its Incubation Program
The Jordan Payments and Clearing Company “JoPACC” proudly announces that it has opened applications for the eagerly awaited second cohort of the JOIN Fincubator Incubation Program. This program is supported by three sponsoring banks for JOIN Fincubator, namely Jordan Kuwait Bank, Housing Bank, and Jordan Islamic Bank.
Driven by the vision of making Jordan the leading fintech hub across the region, JOIN’s Incubation Program aims to enable qualified fintech startups to develop and scale their MVPs by providing an array of support services that will ultimately enable them to launch their solutions in local and global markets, partner with financial institutions or get investments.
This year’s 6-month incubation program comprises 3 main phases, each with a set of deliverables to qualify for the final Demo Day, starting with a 3-week “Fundamental Bootcamp” where the participating startups will be equipped with the basic knowledge of Finance, Business, and Entrepreneurship to qualify to the next phase.
The second phase, or the “Fit” phase extends over 16 weeks, where founders will be working on validating their problem-solution fit, market research, and customer discovery. During this phase, all founders will be matched with technical and general mentors who will guide them through finalizing the scope of their MVPs.
Reaching the third and final phase, the “Launch” phase, founders will leverage insights from prior phases to refine their business model canvas. Using customer feedback and analyzing all the data they’ve collected, they will develop their Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for market launch. This phase marks the transformation from an idea to an actual product that they will present at the Demo Day 2024.
The deadline for applications for the 2nd cohort of the Incubation Program is April 13, 2024. After this date, applications will undergo screening in preparation for the program kickoff.
