Outreach Programs
Outreach
With almost half the residents of Jordan being financially excluded, collective measures are needed on a national level to increase financial inclusion, making outreach one of our main strategic pillars. Outreach refers to the act of reaching out to individuals or groups who may benefit from a particular service through training or education to provide information, awareness, and support. Since at JoPACC we operate a Business to Business (B2B) model, this often prevents us from engaging directly with end users; however, this is somehow overcome through our targeted outreach programs, which focus on increasing financial literacy and facilitating the onboarding to digital financial services. Our outreach programs allow us to connect with and empower targeted groups at a time, with a special focus on the financially excluded youth, women, and underprivileged communities, by increasing their knowledge, appetite, and uptake of digital financial services.
Outreach Programs
Youth Focused Outreach Programs
With their openness to adopt innovative financial solutions, the youth are a prime target for our digital financial services. Our outreach programs are specifically designed to engage and empower this demographic, equipping them with the knowledge, interest, and adoption of digital financial tools. We achieve this through a variety of means, including awareness campaigns, interactive workshops, and collaborations with universities and third-party educational institutions to ensure the next generation is well-informed and equipped for the digital age.
Women Focused Outreach Programs
As an integral part of the population, women too often face financial exclusion for various reasons. In response, at JoPACC we have developed targeted outreach initiatives to empower women economically. These may include educational and awareness training programs, as well as incentivized efforts to promote the use and adoption of digital financial services. The ultimate aim is to foster an inclusive financial landscape where women actively contribute to the economy.
Refugee Focused Outreach Programs
With Jordan hosting the second-highest share of refugees per capita globally, JoPACC extends its outreach efforts to include this vulnerable population. Our refugee focused outreach programs can involve providing financial education and awareness in the context of their specific needs, facilitating access to digital financial services, and fostering economic empowerment. These initiatives recognize the importance of addressing the financial inclusion of refugees, acknowledging the role that access to financial services can play in rebuilding their lives, ensuring that they are not left behind.
