The sender holds full responsibility for CliQ transfers that are made from their account, and the recipient, the bank, or the mobile Payment Service Provider (mPSP) are not obligated to return the transferred amount. However, in the case you made a wrong transfer through CliQ, contact your bank to seek assistance, which may address the case with the financial institution of the recipient and attempt to return the amount amicably.
