JoMoPay FAQs

Yes, you can access JoMoPay services and benefit from them using the USSD messages technology that JoMoPay facilitates using any traditional mobile phone subscribed to a Jordanian mobile network operator.

Inquire about the mobile wallet company your mobile number has a wallet registered with through our WhatsApp inquiry service (available on 0792511888), and contact them and request wallet cancelation following their standard procedures.  

Wallet cancellation can only be done through your respective mobile wallet provider. If you wish to cancel your wallet, please contact your mobile wallet provider directly.

Please contact your mobile Payment Service Provider (mPSP) to freeze your account. You can also freeze your account through your mPSP agent.

If you didn’t receive adequate assistance from your mobile wallet provider, you can file a complaint to the Financial Consumer Protection Department at the Central Bank by either calling (06-4630301) or sending an email to: fcp@cbj.gov.jo. Make sure to get the reference number of your complaint from your mobile wallet provider and provide it to the Financial Consumer Protection Department.
